The black bears are like feral dogs. My Momma was in Plattsburg when my Dad was Stationed at the AirForce Base in 1958. The black bears were small and young getting into trash cans. So my Momma would feed them to keep them away from the trash, before my Dad told her it wasnt dogs.😅
