Everyday I am more convinced to get paralives Update: Bought it today. I caved I kept seeing all the cute builds and some gameplay. I know the game is far from perfect but im here for it. Plus i thought it was best to get it now while its at ite cheapest. Thank you to all the little devils on my shoulder who told i should get it
I think the part that confused you was it was meant to be a opening or arch into the area with the 2 bedrooms and bath in the middle

Hi syd! For the part in the first floor with the door issue by the storage room there was actually an archway infront of the bathroom but i love the way you solved the awkward wall situation there! Also i believe there's also an archway from the foyer going to the formal dining area. The secret bookcase is soooo cute Overall i think you ate this challenge uppp! Im really getting into this paralives era 💗

Syd, Can you do your whimsical builds like Barbie, Bratz, Monster High etc. but in Paralives? I’m so curious how the those kind of aesthetics would translate in this game.

You should do this again using the measurements on the floor plan. The wall tool shows you measurements which is another reason I can’t wait till I can get this game.
I don't know if someone has already mentioned it, but you actually can do Stairs that go around a corner. You just have to place a Room that you turn into a platform at the spot you want your Stairs to turn. So basically your first Steps go up to the "Middle"-Floor (The Foundation-Room you just created) and from there on you place your stairs that lead to the next floor. I hope you get what I mean. No English native here, so my explenation might be a bit off 😅 Anyways: I love Your Videos! 😁😁

I'm kind of surprised by how many Simmers are doing this real floorplan challenge while completely ignoring the measurements. Seems like a more difficult way to do it to me. I do like how this turned out, and the strawberry cottage core décor, very cute.

i used that trick but with wallpaper backgrounds in my house with photos, so fun cool trick

This was great! One thing I saw and wanted to mention is that the dashed lines are supposed to represent arches. Thats what the dining room needed and that awkward hallway. But I love the secret door!
