The last rule is insane. The goal keeper is allowed to clear the ball within 5 seconds, if not, an opposing team is to take a corner kick.

What about VAR taking too long to decide outcomes, linesmen flagging offsides way after the infringement, or faulty ref equipment that needs fixing.

I don't understand why they don't just stop the time every time ball is out of play. I think time wasting and diving are one of the biggest problems in modern football. Also these can consistently be seen in every match now.

GOOD!!! Thank God, I was getting sick and tired of all the BS from the players always protesting every little call arguing with the ref about everything, rolling around on ground for 10 minutes exaggerating in every little foul, soccer needed all those new rules.

Throws should also be limited to 10 seconds from the moment the thrower picks up the ball. Many throwers waste a lot of time deciding who to throw the ball to.

They have to implement them fairly as well...i have a feeling there'll be a little artistic licence for some... especially the timing for gk and subs!

There is a new rule if a player did a bad celebration and the ref didn't see he can use var and he give him a red card hope this help
