People wanna talk about the shows writing and cloning John or Jordan’s heart to give to Clark to make him live longer but the real question is would he even want to live longer? Remember, he already dies after Lois in the show and Jordan and Jonathan are there to protect the Earth it’s not like he needs to stick around really and truly and he also says he’s was lonely a lot after Lois died even with the boys visiting, I highly doubt he would change anything give he could, and I definitely don’t think he would’ve taken a year he knew would make him immortal because that’s not Clark

Well I know they don’t just give people new hearts, but for Superman. We can make a few exceptions.
Giving him a dodgy heart and having a fast forward episode where he dies and the kids grow up was the biggest slap in the face I've had from a show in a long time. It joined Lost and GoT in the fuck you to the producers list
well.....no cells eventually die and new ones come so that heart can be replaced in given time
