6:51 I was at the game today. I was sat in the east stand, in the block right next to the away end at seat 11 on row B (front row). Directly in line with the edge of the 6 yard box. I couldn’t have gotten a better (or worse in context) view of Derry’s collision. The sound was terrifying and very concerning, and the way Derry flopped to the floor like he lost his bones was horrifying. The image and sound and whole situation around this has haunted me since it happened (I know it may seem like I’m being over the top and it’s only been a few hours but stuff like this effects me a lot) it’s something I wish I could forget but my photographic memory won’t let me. Luckily I’ve got a day off to try and reset myself before I need to do anything. Apologies for the paragraph but I needed to say my piece somewhere
