At least you were honest with him. That guy already knows what he can get from a straight up personal sale. Problem is it may take a while to sell it. He came to you knowing he is going to take a bit of a hit. But he wants it done soon. That's not a bad thing folks. I personally will always do the personal sales route. But sometimes it's not worth it.
