There's all kinds of scams that customers will pull. My favorite one was when a woman came in with a car, authorized all the repairs and then the husband showed up to pick up the car. He tells us that his wife doesn't have the authority to authorize the repairs because she's not on the title so he now demands the car be given to him free of charge. And he got it..... but he'll never be allowed to come back.

Its the downfall of society! Nobody has any morals or principles anymore. Ive been a mechanic for 20 plus years now and seen all kinds of these situations! Its sad smh 20 years ago most people were honest nowdys Nobody cares about honesty 😪 its a shame!
