My local trash collectors won’t pick anything up that isn’t in the can. Unless they know the person, that is. When I say they won’t pick *anything* up that’s not in the can I mean *anything.* Not even the garbage they drop all over the road every week for months now. They won’t get out and pick it up. I’m not sure what is going on but every single trash day they drop garbage all down my alley.

We have a 3 item policy too. I give my garbage men a $30 giftcard for Christmas every year and they let me put out whatever i want😂

My garbage man would never allow me to throw this away. They refused to take my garbage because it was less than 2 inches apart from the recycling bin. But recycling had no problem taking it. I was FUMING!
