1 in 4 Brits will experience a mental health problem each year. And for disabled people, that number is even higher. That’s why @BuxtonWater and @MindMentalHealthCharity came together for 'Sweat and Tears', and brought us in alongside @TheGoatAgency to help tell that story. Mental health isn’t a one-off conversation - so this campaign wasn’t either. We built a 9-month creator-led campaign designed to do one thing: feel real. From everyday moments to major milestones like the London Marathon, this was about showing up consistently, and creating space for honest conversations. Because that’s what people connect with. The result? A campaign that sparked conversation, built community, and showed what authentic mental health storytelling can actually look like.
