On UN World Environment Day, Thursday, June 5, the University of Colorado Boulder will co-host the inaugural Right Here, Right Now Global Youth Climate Summit, a 24-hour livestream event engaging young people around the world on climate action and human rights. As part of the global livestream, CU Boulder will host a live, two-hour workshop from 2–4 p.m. MT, available via the international livestream. The CU Boulder session is one segment of the around-the-clock summit, which moves across time zones to highlight youth-centered climate work worldwide.
