Hope I can explain my point. I hated when Bolt slowed down at the finish line. I think runners need to push forward and stretch the head to win time as much as possible. If you look at it right, when he the time for #3 he didn't stretch and he slowed down looking at the audience. For #1 and #2 he the strategies, not completely but some. I think time #3 could have been time #1 if he did these 2 strategies. Or maybe in run #3 he could have set a better time than the 9:58. And when he did the 9:58 he didn't lean the head forward to much.
