PSG are favourites on paper, no doubt. They are a more balanced side, technically gifted, dangerous going forward and defensively solid as well. Add an elite manager like Luis Enrique to that, and it’s easy to see why many people back them. But football is not played on paper. Finals are decided on the pitch in 90 minutes. And honestly, something about this season feels written for Arsenal. I can’t fully explain it, but the mentality of this team has changed completely. They no longer play with fear, and every difficult moment this season seems to have pushed them closer to something historic. Even moments like Everton taking points off City felt like signs that this season could be different. PSG made history last year. This year feels like Arsenal’s turn to rewrite theirs. I truly believe the trip to Budapest will not be in vain.
