Welcome to Day 14 of the 28-Day Data Science Bootcamp! Today, we are wrapping up the beginner portfolio projects we started yesterday. Completing these projects is a critical step in your journey because a finished project demonstrates to employers exactly what you can do with messy, real-world data . In this video, we will focus on finalizing your code and extracting actionable insights for two major projects: Data Science Survey Analysis: We will conclude our analysis of the Kaggle ML & DS Survey. You will finish cleaning the data, standardizing inconsistent responses, and building visualizations like bar charts and frequency tables to uncover exactly which programming languages and tools are most in-demand right now . COVID-19 Data Exploration: We will wrap up our Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) on the comprehensive Our World in Data COVID-19 dataset. You will finalize your multi-country comparison charts, implement 7-day rolling averages to smooth out daily reporting noise, and practice annotating your charts with key events to tell a clear, compelling story with your time series data . By the end of today, you will have solidified your pandas, data cleaning, and time series visualization capabilities. Best of all, you will have concrete, well-documented projects ready to add to your GitHub portfolio ! Make sure your code is committed and your README files are updated. Tomorrow, we shift gears and begin Phase 2: Machine Learning Foundations!
