Its too little too late. I don’t trust them to deliver. I don’t trust these features to work properly. I don’t believe they will deliver a stable operating system. My Apple Watch ultra 3 and iPhone 17 Pro have got consistently worse since launch. What are we even talking about when they can’t deliver a working keyboard? They haven’t improved swipe typing since it launched six or seven years ago. Voice dictation is a joke. Every iteration of iOS since iOS 15 has got worse and worse. The iPhone is a fucking joke living off of past glory if I hadn’t already invested in new hardware with Apple. I would be picking up everything from Google. They are the only ones with exciting software and actually delivering. Apple is going to be the next black Berry if they don’t change drastically.

You all realize apple themselves will tell us everything from 8-12th, and all this is guess work 😏 like 6 videos of the same “leaks “ on one channel in a week! Just wasting everyone’s time. Then after apple launches these devices they will be here repeating what apple just said, as if apple presented in french or latin and we didn’t understand.

I believe that the Siri app will be in all smartphones running iOS 27. The only difference is that the Apple Intelligence features will be available only to devices 15 Pro Max and newer running Apple Intelligence. Apple would be foolish to give this feature to competitors, who will try hard to attract 1.4 billion people using devices that do not run Apple Intelligence. Siri, anyway you see it, will need an internet connection to use information from the Cloud, even for Apple Intelligence devices. Apple needs to show humility and compassion towards everyone and not let anyone out. Apple needs to build its image back up, and this is a huge opportunity to do it. Don’t do it, and China will just eat Apple customers for lunch, and it is coming. Holding 1.4 billion customers who do not own new devices is a gold mine; any company would do anything to hold them and make them buy a new device in the future, but that takes devotion and compassion like Apple used to have before. Force people to convert to a new device and lose them forever.

What people are expecting from WWDC26: Finally a smart Siri we can use right now! What’s actually coming out of WWDC26: absolutely nothing you can use right now and more promises for possibly the end of the year but don’t hold your breath.
And can someone explain to me why, with my iPhone, iPad and MacBook sitting right next to me, when I say, “Hey, Siri”, my HomePods in the next room answer?
Excited? No. Bored? Yes. _Underwhelmed_ leaps prominently to mind. _This_ is what we waited two years for? And to do a deal with the devil to get even these features upgrades _underwhelmed_ to _disappointed._
I think it would be the same as Gemini that was unveiled about two weeks ago. If it was built on top of those models capability will hopefully be similar. Fingers crossed
I hope they will finally pull it off because Apple is the only company I am kind of trusting not to use my data for reasons other than to make the system work or to sell them to any third party who is willing to pay or them. Other than that, and in spite of all the other data I’m already giving away on multiple apps, I would never use a personal assistant. This is probably naive, but I guess one has to draw a line in the sand somewhere
