Nothing makes me prouder than seeing people try Bhutanese food! While our national dish is ema datshi (chili and cheese), the one Yogi featured here is actually shamu datshi which is made with mushrooms and cheese. If you aren't a fan of mushrooms, you can also have it with potato and cheese which we call it kewa datshi.
Bringing back food from a different city is a love language I was taught by my Dad and I honestly think, one of the best ways to express your love is through food. It's been 11 years since I lost him. I love your family and I wish I could meet you guys in person! You all are just pure love!! Taste of Sikkim is one of my favourite places to have momo. We visit their Noida Sector 18 outlet and Datshi which is a Bhutanese dish is an absolute delight for all cheese lovers!!
