In NASHVILLE, I have a woodworking, blacksmithing and fabrication shop, a selection of furry friends, and an organic farm. Whether you've got the knowledge, tools, time or space to do the things you've always wanted to do, everything is "figureoutable." I became "Anne of All Trades" out of necessity. With no background in farming or making things, I wanted to learn to raise my own food, fix things when they break and build the things I need. 12 years ago I got my first pet, planted my first seed and picked up my first tool. My goal is to learn and share traditional techniques and skills while showing my peers how to get from where they are to where they want to go, how to do the things they are passionate about, and what can be done TODAY to engage their own community and grow deep roots. Whether it's carving spoons, making my own hand tools, restoring my antique truck or growing heirloom tomatoes, the farm and workshop definitely keep me busy and support - whether financially through Patreon, through shopping my affiliate links, through buying merchandise, plans or project videos, or even just liking, commenting, and sharing my content with others helps me GREATLY to keep producing quality content to share. Out of the farm videos you have put out beside those other farmers this has definitely been my favorite. They have all been wonderful and I think if each one of them had spoke as Jill did on life as well they would all be just as important to me. But Jill really spoke a lot on other things besides the farm / garden that hit home and inspired. So thank you both, and thank you for all of the others because they have all given many lessons, obstacles overcame , and just inspiration all around. You all are making this world what it needs to be again. So again thank you to all of you! The community part is honestly the best part of it all if you ask me.

This series is, in my bold opinion, doing the work you intended Ms Anne (not Ms but you get me, RESPECK 😂) sharing the knowledge , the abundance, what working hard at what you love can bring! And the bonus of watching someone we already love (you) make all these beautiful new friends and the light in your eyes just glowing to the stars! Platonic compersion to the max. Thank you for being you

I would love more information about making my garden more productive. I’m tired of small harvests. I don’t need to learn how to make money, I just want to grow more.

been working in the garden this last month , getting things ready for planting zone 4b(east coast Canada NB), frost too June 15th possible , got 3 box beds 3'x 6' planted out of 6 , and the garden plot 20x40 all prepped into hilled rows , ,had to cover the peas with plastic /hoop house as they emerged today.(had heavy frost last 4 nights) , beans and carrots are still in ground , started building a 10'x20' green house as well for next spring propagation's and i 've pre started tomato onions cucumbers and peppers in large 30L containers indoors , but lack the space and sun needed too do them proper ,thus the greenhouse build , ,,, i normally grow 2-3 times what i can eat my self , so i give away a lot too neighbours, and in turn they help me out in other ways , ,like the tractor ,,, it not feasible too own for a days work each year so neighbour stops in when he passes by too do a paying customer ,other neighbour has lots of maple trees and they mulch the leafs and cover my garden each fall in a foot of leaf mulch that i mix into my soil and let compost over fall and winter, it a win win , they simply drive up and empty their collector bins direct , no bagging and hauling off for disposal , and i get free leaf mulch each year , makes wonderful soil , worms love it , so it like a double dose of free fertilizer , ,,, 10 years ago this was a condemned property , with over grown weeds and a condemned house , and today i have a custom home, and slowly making my back yard into a oasis too enjoy , proud of both of you ladies , sharing knowledge is priceless ,Canada

I had to come back on to leave another comment. You are amazing and so real. This was posted at such the perfect time. Family, being the bread winner, entrepeunership, community... it feels at times very rewarding yet can be overwhelming. It was oddly comforting that you have experienced the same things. Keep inspiring and doing great things!
