If Mensik can keep this level, he has a real chance against Zverev. It´s unreal how he returned, volleyed and half-volleyed today. Fonseca got almost no easy points on his serve in the whole match. But both players were totally "locked in" in the third set. Almost no faults, just winners. That set was world class.
Mensik has a very impressive approach to the game. Very intelligent ball placement. The future of tennis is bright indeed.
Mensik an absolute animal. Saw him win in Auckland in January and knew he was gonna have a huge season. The missed R4 AO clash with Novak would have been a cracker also
unbelievable accuracy close to the net.
