So this is from the anime "Hellgirl". It's about a paranormal entity or beautiful girl who acts as a gateway for hell. She takes revenge on behalf of others who would like someone else to suffer. Basically, you go to the website and type in the name of the person you want to be banished to hell instantly. She visits you and gives you a doll with a red string. Once the string is pulled, the person instantly goes to hell. However, you are marked with a symbol that proves that once you die, you will go to hell as well, but only after death. This episode revolves around a young boy (boy who got tied up) and his little sister (the girl who locked herself in the bathroom). They end up staying with their aunt, uncle, and cousin who are horrible people. The cousin is mean and despicable and has a friend that she constantly brings over (the guy kicking the door and who tied the boy up). They bully the boy and his sister and the guy keeps harassing her. Eventually, it escalates to this scene. The boy was contemplating whether the revenge was worth going to hell for but, ultimately, decided to pull the string. Of course, he could only summon one person to hell so I believe he found someone who hated his cousin and her friend as much as he did. They both go to hell. It's a bittersweet ending. The little sister is still traumatized but won't have to deal with torment anymore.
