To those unfamiliar, corporate was recorded acknowledging the consignment; and the police admitted the owner of the company called the police threatening to shoot the person... and then arrested the one being threatened.

the issue is that they took the new owners to civil court and the judge ruled in their favour but in response the owners closed the store and simply ignored the court order
