Its called a tailor. Dresses comes in sizes close to your size you are responsible for going to a tailor to get it fully fitted.
Proof that sewing is a lost art.
Guys, just pin the dresses then sew it so it would fit you better but the thing you sewed it with is easily cuttable if you grow a size
