I weigh 104 kg. I do construction work. I used to barely lock in my leather belt on its last hole. Now I can fit my whole hand in any way while buckled with my belt on the closest possible hole and I still need to make more holes to manage to fasten my belt and not have my pants sag. Let's just say..... I still weigh 104kg. I got thinner but my weight never changed
