I inserted one line in my brain for not to overthink: Know one have time to think about you, know one cares about you, even if they do notice they will forget like you do, like you have a stress some day and you forget a little by little every morning, they will also forget even if there's a bad moments or the problem's emphasis will decline with time. And also even if they noticed who cares their opinion. Those whose opinion matters they will definitely understand me, and teach me how to overcome the problem. If they cannot provide me suggestions than their gossip about me won't effect my mood. I always repeat in my head when i feel embarrassed, nervous, and feel like i made some mistakes. I tell my self mistakes happens just don't repeat it and learn from it. I repeat these things in my head to calm my self. I am still emotional unstable and scary cat but hope one day handling nervousness and embarrassment becomes natural to me becomes easy habit and task
