Watching video from 20min made tears in my eyes ;( 13 year court battled father!
Guy in green talks so much sense
The problem is NOTHING to do with timeliness and pressures and staffing. The problem is social workers and CAFCASS operating outside of the boundaries of their authority, false allegations This is classic deny and deflection from absolute morons and imbeciles at the top of the chain. Social services have cultivated a culture within their field of arrogance and impunity.
What an emotional watch ❤
Wow what an incredible video! And what a day it was, the atmosphere was impeccable. So many families are being affected right now, we all appreciate the work you do, its pedal to the metal, its time for change, before another life is lost. GDB
Change is needed! Let’s go!
I’m still going through family court and would be happy to share my experiences
this is why I miss my grandchildren... she took him out of my life without notice... i woke up and he was gone.
What an emotional film.
DAMNED GOVERNMENT IS A GIANT PIECE OF CRAP!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Great video
Were is next one
Waiting list isn’t that long for restraining order, with accusations within a few months back at court and now banned from areas I live, because of false allegations, disgusting
I find it incredible that through adversity something so beautiful is born. I hope all those affected find peace and justice!
In family court they do a lot of "come back later". Later is not next week but 4 months later. I asked in February if I could attend my child's school graduation at the end of June and they said there wasn't enough time to decide - I should have asked at least 6 months earlier (but six months earlier I didn't know if she would be approved to graduate).
What's very relevant too , is that the law incentives and encourages divorce , it actually pays the alienator to prevent contact , the law incentives family break up and no contact , the Swedish system of divorce should be made here
Great documentary, very brave of people sharing their experiences too and amazing to see so many there to get the message out. I spoke with Mark from Family Court Voice about my case, final hearing is for the 3rd June, just over 11 months and nearly £40k spent on legal fees, so many accusations and it always seems like a case of Guilty until proven innocent. Hopefully the message is picked up and taken seriously by those that need to make and enforce change
Yesssss we need awareness
