I was in recovery after my last surgery. Thankfully my mom was back there with me as the nurse started giving me aftercare instructions. Mom asked if I was paying attention and I had to lay my hand on her arm, "mama. I am SO high right now. Can we get tacobell?" I got my tacobell and still don't know what those instructions were

I went under anaesthesia on Tuesday. Thought I'd crack my joke about Boba Fett just being his nickname, his "real" name is "Robert Fettucine"... I don't think anybody got it so it fell flat, so I'll just lean on the fact that the anaesthetist had already put sedative into my cannula and I'll blame that.
