The king penguin segment really got me. I can't imagine how difficult it must be for a parent to find their chick again in a colony of hundreds of thousands of birds, especially when one curious little explorer decides to wander off. Watching the parent search through that sea of penguins made me surprisingly emotional because it felt so relatable as a parent trying to find a child in a crowded place. The moment they finally recognized each other's calls and reunited was one of the most satisfying parts of the entire documentary for me. Nature constantly reminds us that family bonds aren't unique to humans. Did anyone else find themselves holding their breath during that search?
