Who is cameraman 😅
the worst of my nightmares😗
Bro, those trivalis really look as if they were humans waiting. You can tell in their eyes they were WAITING!
The incredible voice of sir David Attenborough 😊
Interestingly, in Australia, at least, sea snakes are very inquisitive of divers, often swimming over to check out the mysterious visitors, rather the contrary of many land snakes, who tend to mildly avoid humans.
Incredible coordination—when numbers and timing align, even the ocean feels controlled. Nature is on another level.
A coordinated hunt from highly venomous snakes… nature is terrifyingly efficient.
I ended up looking into sea snakes, and what I found was fascinating. They don’t have gills, so they still need to surface for air, but they can absorb a small amount of oxygen through their skin, allowing them to stay submerged longer. They also tend to hunt prey small enough to swallow whole, which makes their movements quick and efficient. Still… I have to admit, the thought of diving among a massive swarm of them would make me pretty uneasy 😅
Woah! Fish noodles!
It’s fascinating to see sea snakes hunting together, but I can’t help wondering if calling them highly venomous makes people fear them more than necessary
Cudos to the fearless cameraman.
Saw my first one in Ecuador last Spring. Took 60 years to see my first one. A week later, I saw my second sea snake in almost the same location on the beach a week later. This video fascinates me now.
MOOOAAARRR SNAAAAKES!!!!
After watching, I feel happy
Man thats a lot of kraits! These are fascinating creatures. The most I saw in a dive was 5. But this is the first time Ive seen a group hunt. They usually just feed in crevices alone
It's fascinating to think that these snakes have evolved to develop a fin-like tail.
The animal documentaries are about the only thing the the BBC doesn’t lie about.
Who knew venomous snakes could be such clever hunters, teaming up with fish to corner their prey? Mind blown!
This was super helpful, thanks!
2:17 that's quite the hunting party lol
