What should have been an easy 3 hour ride turned into an almost 10 hour trip. With a few mechanical issues holding us at every gas stop, it seemed like we would never make it to Kern at this point. With 60 miles to go, we're planning on getting camp set up before nightfall. As we hit higher elevations, we felt our brakes start to give up on the descents. Hopefully we can make it to our destination before these bikes fall apart! Tune in to see if we make it! Is there going to be a vest re stock ?
Don’t know why but I find those rides with the vintage bikes so much more satisfying than when you are pulling wheelies on the new bikes. And you add that camping in, it’s def a winner.
You I got a good group of friends that you can go and do these kind of trips with, you don't find that much, it's pretty awesome
Being from Fresno riding that 155 is exactly the kind of backroads and scenery of the foothills that i grew up riding all my life that i miss living in SoCal now

Try using a bubble shield if you can’t get used to the wind in your face especially on long rides.

Old school culture. Fix as much as ride. Know every part of your bike.
