Seriously? You wanna ride like a ln idiot going that fast then act like you're some kind of victim, what a goof. Granted the car shouldn't be u turning but you're rate of speed is the real problem

Biker should’ve slowed down for starters he was going entirely to fast, two the jeep should’ve waited a bit longer in the turning lane or did what your supposed to do anyway Wich is get in the first lane from you. The biker went straight into act of aggression that’s why they have the name they do, the driver didn’t stop and settling things with the police because his life could’ve been in danger from the bikers stupid $hit intentions trying to intimidate from the start that’s what’s going to get him put in prison so so they both deserve a ticket but the biker deserves two more tickets not just one but three Jeep reckless driving and no seatbelt lol the biker on the other hand, reckless driving speeding, active aggression, destruction a personal property so I guess more like 4 tickets. All in all they were both wrong neither of them did the right thing One was driving recklessly the other was speeding like crazy a$$ and the other wasn’t paying attention to what the hell that’s going on around him.

in poland when u go over around 25mph accident with right of way is almost every time ur fault, becouse you moved to fast to allow the guy to spot you and or estimate time needed for him to enter the road

As a motorcycle driver he completely overreacted because he was way too fast. Yes you can be mad but kicking the mirror and walking on the road is stupid.
