Can’t get Ralph in this review, too busy mourning destiny 2.
Been playing the game for a few days, it's an absolute blast. It's crazy how similar the combat feels to the Arkham games (at least in some aspects). Not 1-to-1, but it's been YEARS since I've been able to properly scratch the freeflow combat itch. Harvey Dent becoming Two-Face was probably the hardest I've laughed at a Lego game in a while, too.

Hoping we get a review for Mina, that feels like one that Austin would do.
We need a Lego Spiderman: Legacy of the Friendly Neighborhood, developed the same way as this Lego Batman.
Loved the game. But…… my kingdom for a rocksteady made, “Batman - Beyond Arkham” game.
For some reason my brain read this title as 'autism strongly recommends' and I thought that's the best endorsement ever.
Rtx 4090 - at 1440p - 60fps solo / or 40-45 fps on split screen!? The word UNACCEPTABLE is such an understatement. Edit: I’ve just checked a 4090 costs anywhere from $2450 all the way up to $3400 today in the US, by itself, just the card. That’s more than how much my brand new SFF (small form factor) PC cost me with a 5070 (9070xt was almost the same price as the 5070 btw, it is my choice no judgment pls, I’ll sell it soon so was taking resale value into account as well) I spent in total under the lower limit of the above price range of current 4090 price tag.
We yearn for an Austin review of Zero Parades or Mina…. we need more Austins
The chapter introductions were a highlight for me. Loved the recreations of famous Batman media

I knew we'd get the feeling of the Arkham series back someday. I just didn't expect it to be in a LEGO game. But that's fine because LEGO Batman can be just as fun as the genuine article!

One thing that bugs me about this game is the writing. Over explaining literally everything. I love these games and always will but I miss the days where there was no voice acting in them because at least I didn't feel condescended.

Why did ShillUp give such a big title to Lil Austin?
Its good, not as good as people are saying. Better than Skywalker Saga. A lot of the gadgets are cool, but honestly the "arkham combat" doesn't really add much to the experience due to how simplified it is and lacks impact with the lego physics.
