My parents once took my iPhone 12 and smashed it to pieces just because I had instagram. I also had it on my laptop. And one of my younger cousins somehow got my gay friend to send me corn. My parents wouldn’t let me trying to give them my side of the story. I even had downloaded a fancy ass camera app on my laptop which shows them doing it. When they finally looked it months later. They never apologized or anything. They waited a fully year and a half to acknowledge it and get me a new phone. They even threatened to smash my laptop that I had bought with my own money. They didn’t. But the fear of it somewhat changed me. Don’t trust ur parents with anything you own.

Funny that those will be the same rules those parents will be following in nursing home😭🥀✌️
