When I was in college and had stayed up too late the night before I would ask God to direct me and if he wanted me to get up and go to my 8am class he would give me a heads on a coin flip and a tails if I could stay home. I don't know how many times I did this but it was probably a couple of dozen. Every single time I had to go to class. I have since adopted that as a way of dealing with a rough choice and no matter what happens I honor the first flip. When God tells you something, you listen or he stops talking.
