At that point it's better to lie and say you got no experience what so ever
As a manager, I've read many resumes. When I see that someone doesn't stay at a job long and is always changing jobs, its 100% a red flag and I move on to the next resume. I get layoffs happen, or people move and have to find a new job..... So an occasional short employment could have a good reason.... But a bunch of them in a row just shows an issue with the employee.
See, that's when you say you have three years of experience and just indicate where you worked

I learned early not EVERY job needs to go on your resume, just like every skill you have doesnt. You change the resume to fit the job and focus on the important things. She is lost 😂

This is one of those cases where being honest could hurt you. If you’re a frequent job hopper no job is going to want to hire you as a permanent staff member. There will be no time to explain yourself with the way applying for jobs is now that is almost always an instant denial

I don't see the point in long resumes like this for low paying jobs. For one thing, in 35 years of working in retail the only time I ever did background checks where we called and checked with their prior employer was at my first job back in the 90's. Today, most customer service job type companies will only verify you worked there and possibly their rate of pay when they left. They don't say anything else. When I was in management we were constantly told we couldn't give employees "recommendations on their applications" because "we might be sued" if they did something bad at their new job. She should just put the company and the year. That or she should lie... There's plenty of now defunct retail companies you can claim you worked for.
I wouldn't even put those jobs on the resume.
