y’all tweakin, the biker asked him a question about the legality of chasing a motorcycle and the cop let him know that it’s up to the cop but they can chase you and will chase you to the end. he’s not even bragging and if you’d watch this guys video you’ll see later on he wasn’t just bragging more just trying to intimidate or scare the guy. realistically the biker asking a question like that is almost him saying i’m open minded to running but i didn’t risk it this time

Cop isn't bragging, he's trying to scare the motorcyclist into never running from the cops, putting everyone's lives at risk. Getting mad at the cop is like getting mad at a doctor telling you they watched a guy OD last week, to try to get people to not do drugs

Cops are not supposed to chase bikers because how can they safely stop them from running, the only way would be to has them out but they would be going really fast with a higher chance of crashing and is worth killing someone over speeding
