I live in Portugal and always remember people in the UK saying drivers on the continent are crap, it's bullshit, they know lane discipline, they know how to indicate, they know how to use roundabouts, too many UK drivers are bad tempered children behind the wheel

Big part of the problem are the speedometer not being entirely accurate. You'll be sat at 70 on your dash, but you're actually only doing 65. Wheel speed and actual speed are slightly different

The first undertake (illegal) was on a car waiting to carry out an overtake. I'm not sure where the camera car expects him to carry out the overtake, as there's no lane 4. The only cars 'definitely' doing anything wrong in this video, is the camera car and the Blue Toyota who should be over in Lane 1. Silver Merc in Lane 2 could possibly be over in Lane 1, but hard to tell his closing speed on the lorry, from this video. Driver of the camera car has gone for the fully reclined, can barely reach the steering wheel stance. I wonder why Formula One and Rally drivers don't adopt that ? What do they know, that he doesn't ? 😁

I agree ive driven in europe many times drivers there are better but doing 90 while undertaking is also illegal and makes you no different undertaking is only allowed if the car in lane one or two are going faster than those in the overtaking lane so that would be around car in front doing 70 you do.. 70 not more because then you become whats known as a hypocrite.
