FROM Season 4 Episode 6 Ending Explained

Entertainment

// FROM Season 4 Episode 6 ENDING EXPLAINED: The Children's Bones Might Be The Lock Holding The Town Together // The ending is not about the door. It is about proof, and in FROM proof is dangerous. Boyd demanded the town show him the door, and it did. But the real reveal is the bones in the tunnels. My theory: the children's bones are the balance of the entire town, the unfinished sacrifice, and removing them could collapse everything. Plus the Egypt clue, the blood in the water with Henry, and why Boyd's plan is already dangerous before he even makes it. 0:00 The Ending Is Not About the Door 1:03 Intro: How Do You Move When You Cannot Move? 1:42 The Lake of Tears Drawing 2:31 The Missing Door Test 3:00 The Town Gives Jade Proof and Boyd Doubt 3:24 Boyd Demands the Door 3:54 The Bones in the Tunnels 4:30 The Monsters as Guardians of the Bones 4:55 The Bones as the Balance of the Town 6:00 Why the Children Are Unfinished 6:50 The Egypt Clue and What Remains After Death 8:00 Fear and Memory Becoming Physical 8:30 Why Boyd's Plan Is Already Dangerous 9:00 Sofia, Henry, and the Blood in the Water 9:30 The Abby Cycle Repeating 10:00 Episode 7 and the Dangerous Theory 10:30 Final Thoughts --- // THE SYSTEM: JOIN THE MOVEMENT // This channel is not for recaps. Boyd didn’t admit it in the episode but I think what changed him and Donna’s relationship was that he shot his own wife so she wouldn’t have shot Donna. In that moment he gained Donna’s forever respect in my opinion because he proved that he’d do whatever it took for the others, even if it meant killing one of the closest people to him. I think the forces of the town realized that too in a way

The reason victor couldn’t identify Eloise is because the bones next to Miranda were the bones of the children she was trying to escape through the tree with but smiley killed her first

This may contain spoilers. It is a theory of mine. Read at your own risk, please. ❤❤❤ NOT AN OFFICIAL SPOILER. Everyone take a look at the pictures Acosta looked at - the lake and the Pyramids. Right before that scene, Jade described how the Pyramids hold the spirits of the dead, the pharaoh. Then, we have to pictures. Let me break it down. The lake signifies the Lake of Tears. The Pyramids represent the bones. The writers gave us a direct hint that is easily missed. The Lake of Tears is beneath the bones (which is why the monsters are there protecting the tunnels). Donna is the giant spider, Colony a House, holds the cove of the Lonely Dragon. Acosta is the Lonely Dragon. It is possible Donna will die, this will bring about the Lake of Tears.

As we saw again in this episode, the townspeople's fears can come true. The story of the man who threw Tabitha's dolls into the water was retold, and it was insisted that the dolls came back to life after he died, meaning that the way for fears to come true is for the person to die. What if this also applies to hopes and beliefs? In this episode, we saw that Fatima's belief in the golem is very strong, so I think the golem will definitely come back to life or have a protective effect like the talismans. But I think for that to happen, Fatima needs to die.

Now, with the wall broken, can the monsters now come into the storage area? The talisman's stop them from entering a dwelling, but it doesn't work if a talisman is just hung over an open entrance, does it?

Donna's role is to emotionally break Boyd, imo he's playing the role of the MIY as the authority figure that keeps everything in line, just as the MIY keeps the evil in the town in line Donna is responsible for changing Boyd as the mole that she is, when I take a second look at Donna, she's always there in the biggest emotional tuggs for Boyd

Sophia is giving Henry visions of being in hospital after the car accident and will manipulate him shoot the towns people with the gun and bullets Boyd has in the sheriff's office to escape the "nightmare". Man in yellow used the same manipulation on Boyd's wife...just a theory.

I don't think Henry will think it's a dream because remember his wife k ew about the town in the real world

While listening to your explanation I just realised! What if the towns people are all reincarnations of the original people in the town or something equivalent. Let's say jade and Tabitha's original souls had managed to ruin the original ritual somehow, by refusing to sacrifice their children went the time came and they are the reason the people are stuck in the town thus, when everybody finds out they go after them out of anger or in an attempt to get rid of them and try to get free... It's not fleshed out yet but something like that!

I wonder if anyone thinks that Golem is a nightmare? I wonder i that person dies and then the Golem becomes a monster over a champion. Be cool to see it on the good side tho

Boyd told the lady to wake. Then told the door to show. Might be something

The blood went into liquor, not water.

Have we noticed that the children of the resurrected parents in the cycle seems to always have some special abilities to see or understand this place Tabitha and victor’s mother children, I guess because their original self was born in that town which seems like a supernatural town, it causes those kids to have some type of ability or insight. Victor and Ethan can basically see things they shouldn’t even things in the Future while Julie can’t walk around in past events.

Sofia only wants Henry for his liver. Ghost Khatri always gives me a strong Boy in White vibe only tailored towards Boyd, who'd be unlikely to take pointers from the freaky little kid version. Also it was damn near comical how many crises and fires Boyd had to put out in this episode, even for him. I'm surprised he didn't stop by the bar and cancel its liquor license just to wrap those shenanigans up too.

I like how you are actually talking about what happened in the episode and not complaining like other people who are covering the show.
