The most infuriating part of the videos for me was when the representatives said, to the victims' faces "You can try to get justice by suing us, but we will *make sure* to ruin your life over it". They are not even trying to hide how deplorable they are.

The original local franchise owners (from before the forced termination/change of ownership) released a video clarifying that they were NEVER compensated for the transfer of ownership, so they essentially had their life savings in the store, which was simply taken from them! They were told on a call (recorded) with the director of operations of Bricks & Minifigs that they would "be in a lot of sh*t" if they tried to sue, and that they had no options.
