For apartment hunting tips in the future if you move around, it's really good to talk to any landlord's offices or ask for follow ups on anything new coming up or if there's any close relationships you have to broker's or anyone working with a landlord, use it! Connections matter more than anything! I asked a friend and I'm paying under $2k for something in the upper east right now and it's rent stabilized.

Im 13, and from a tiny town in Scotland. Its been my absolute dream to move to nyc for as long as i can remember. this apartment is literally so PERFECT for a first one omgggg and you made it feel so cozy THO pleaseeee gurl do NOT show the view from your windows, it's so easy for freaks to find where you live and even the exact apartment just by what's in front of your windows, stay safe <3

This is one of the cutest apartments I have seen so far in NYC. I like the exposed red brick walls. It looks so cozy. I like the older style apartments with the fire escape than the all glass window walls modern ones. They feel more homey.

I like that apartment BTW. I lived in a nice studio apartment here in Miami way back. I had it nicely furnished and decorated for sure. The best part of a studio is that you don't need a lot to furnish it. The down side is that you can't accumulate things because there is no room except for essentials. I had also made my own custom drawers with wheels that I rolled under the bed, The bed I raised it about 3 inches so I can fit the drawers under it. Although I did have my bikes mounted on the walls to save floor space. It was actually my last apartment before we bought our home.

this is the type of apartment most people should be living in, in nyc. This has enough room and space for everything even for 2 people. this is perfect but rent is crazy there 😢

love this so much, only thing is that overhead light, or “the big light!” Idk if it’s my neurodivergence but it always harshens or dampens the vibe. Ambient lighting, like various lamps, are an amazing fix, but are also an element that can come in time. love your apartment!!
