New York is at least 10 years behind Shanghai. If you disagree with the comments, go to Shanghai and experience yourself. Look at the infrastructure, technology and payment system in Shanghai, in fact most of the Chinese major and secondary cities are better than New York city, and please don't make any judgment or jump over the conclusion before you go to China and see it yourself. I used to have a Chinese friend back in my community college days. He was an international student from China. He drove a G Wagon and was staying in a $5,000 apartment. I never found out what his parents did for a living... He just say they have businesses in China... But this guy would blow 10k a month like it was nothing....
