Used to murder kids and splash them with sand coffins for just fun or smting he was psycho serial killer. Hokage: Uchiha incident is worse than Mist's kill your comrades missions. Anbu trainings (Sai and his brother got order to kill each other). Yamato is Konoha's experiment and many other kids already dead from the experiment under 3rd's supervision. Reanimation jutsu is used against shinobi world which is invented by a Hokage! This is just a few examples, we shouldn't forget how dark all 5 villages are, just because we have common enemy and fought together doesn't mean peace is established for real.

Fun Fact about Sasuke's Mom: in the manga it is stated that she actually tried to adopt Naruto when Minato and Kushina died, since Sasuke was just a few months older, she would grow them as brothers, yet they wouldn't let her for several reasons (the first being the suspicion that fell on the Uchihas after the incident since Kurama was being controlled by a Sharingan and someone with a Sharingan attacked the 4th the same night, meaning they probably suspected it was a targete strike)
