Whenever I feel really sad I tend to watch this Fujitora speech about Luffy. It just shows that your kindness can shine through the darkest of darkness and make a man who blinded himself see a light he thought was extinguished from this world and regret that he can no longer see this light in its full beauty but understands that its still there ❤
What makes Fujitora so special is that he had completely lost faith in the world before meeting Luffy. He blinded himself because he didn’t want to see humanity anymore, yet after Dressrosa the one thing he regrets is not being able to see Luffy’s face. "I bet you look kind" hits so hard because it’s basically Fujitora rediscovering hope through one person. Oda really made him feel unforgettable in just one arc.

The numbers in this episode are super important: Barto's crew is 56 people strong. The combined manpower of the fleet is 5600. 56 is Luffy's number because in japanese 5 is "GO" and 6 is "MU". Also the Yontamaria fleet is a wordplay of Columbus ship "Santa María" San in japanese means "3", the fleet is composed of small "3ta Marías". Oda makes the mothership a number above the rest of the fleet: "4ta María" or Yontamaría.
Doflamingo lost everything and is just mocking the world, laughing while in chains. It's like he's not mad for losing, but he seriously happy to watch the world go up in flames.
Just noticed he has 7 captains in his fleet... which mirrors "Seven Warlords of the Sea".
