FILM DESCRIPTION: The 1981 mythological fantasy adventure Clash of the Titans is resurrected in this remake from Incredible Hulk director Louis Leterrier. Discovered at sea as an infant by a weary fisherman, demigod Perseus (Sam Worthington) grows up with no real knowledge of his celestial origins until his watchful guardian, Io (Gemma Arterton), informs him that he is the offspring of Zeus (Liam Neeson). When Zeus' brother Hades (Ralph Fiennes) casually wipes out Perseus' family, the grieving son vows to show the gods just what kind of damage humankind can inflict on its creators. Before long, Perseus and a small group of soldiers are venturing out into the desert in order to find a way to stop the Kraken, a terrifying force of nature that an indignant Hades has vowed to unleash upon man should they fail to offer up beloved princess Andromeda (Alexa Davalos) as a sacrifice. Along the way, the soldiers encounter a trio of frightening witches with second sight, contend with Hades' devoted servant Calibos (Jason Flemyng), battle giant scorpions, and come face to face with Medusa (Natalia Vodianova), the dreaded gorgon whose gaze has the power to turn men into stone. The way she breaks him with consummate ease at 2:04 is utterly badass. As she's a badass!
The way her face softens is so cute
"Let them know men did this." Needs to be a workout shirt or something.
Medusa is always portrayed as a villain but her story is sad af. lol
Being born as Medusa is a very serious matter. She is a person who does not receive justice. 😢😢😢
0:55 my dude went out like a boss though
1:02 was from far one of the best scenes of the whole movie! The surprise the disbelief and perhaps disappointment that she could not turn the Djinn into a stone! And the Djinn just laughing in her face then blowing himself up was just badass! 😂
Medusa: Is existing a crime? Greek Gods & Perseus: For you, yes.
1:49 is the coldest words ever spoken
2:11 The hard way
The Confused looks Of her face Was in 1:01 Was Very Cute TBH
Something i also love about this movie's Medusa; her choice off bow and arrow for weapon is extra appropriate because it takes a decent amount of strength to use a bow, and snakes are almost entirely made of muscle!😊
1:56 when death smiles at us, all we can do is smile back
Medusa deserves to have he own movie I agree seriously
“Let them know men did this” 😏 I like how his character was known to never smile. But he smiled here.
Hannibal Lecter went out like a champ 🏆✌️
1:04 "togetha!!" never gets old
The group of men that went with Perseus in this movie are one of the most likeable groups in all cinema history. And props to Sam Worthington and Mads Mikelson
Shout out to the rock dude, as a kid I always wanted him to make it to the end
1:02 I love the way the djinn seems to mock Medusa since she wasn't able to turn him to stone
