And the fact that this is all completely true... 9 years ago and still true today makes it kinda mind-blowing people still won't accept it
Bron would’ve had 7 rings if it wasn’t for curry
I went to 4 proms and only got laid once. My buddy has only been to 2 prom and hes been laid twice.
Greatest was never about mere trophies or pure basketball ability. Those are secondary. Greatness is defined by influence. It's defined by if you managed to change the sport, it's defined by if you created (or resurrected) a new era of players, it's defined by enlarging the sport. Most importantly, it's defined by how much hope you gave. Jordan has a pretty good resume. He ain't the greatest because of that. He's the greatest because he's the only basketballer that grew bigger than basketball itself.
While some of that is true, he’s just picking and choosing stats. MJ was the better player. He didn’t have the amazing teammate like LeBron had and didn’t have to join super teams to win chips. LeBrons teams got bad after he left for other reasons. Stats aren’t always everything but MJ was the better scorer and defender. MJ averaged way more points, had 9 more scoring titles in 8, worked around players better, had way more playoff success and stats, he scored in a harder offensive era, 73 more 40+ point games, more mvps, more finals mvps, better mvp seasons, more 50 point games, better plus minus score, and was the better defender all in 8 less seasons
Jordan also didn't quit on his team in the playoffs so he could build a super team that was 2 for 4 in the Finals.
Lebron is a better perimeter shooter? Lmaoooooo
So LeBron has actually missed the most shots so he misses more than Jordan and for assists LeBron has always had 3 legendary players on his team and 3 diff teams were MJ did it with the same 3 players and took a break and came back as the best player in the league which is something LeBron could never do
The LeBron leaving argument is crazy to me. MJ 3 Pete bulls. Left, bulls lost. MJ came back, another 3 Pete. Left again, have never won again.
Whether I agree or disagree with the guy, he made a pretty logical argument. Hard to debate that lol. Only thing I can say is there is way more nuances than that.
It's one of those things that if you don't play... You don't know.jordan is/was the blueprint.. it's not about the rings alone, it's about what happened to basketball and the NBA when Jordan was the face of it... Made it so that basketball mattered at the level it does... Garnered the deals that took it up a notch for everybody... In 20 years we will all still wear jordans... And not just because of tinker's designs...
The most accomplished player is Jordan You can look that up lol Nick is unreal I’m sure that was right after a finals loss
Jordan was the better defender
This dude would complete a 3way on live television with LeBron and mahomes.
The smallest caveat could be “Jordan took more shots which is why he shot a worse percentage”
And when it matters most LeBron gets worked by JJ Barea
The sad part is Jordan had some of the most over powerd teams ever. 3 HOF player not including Jordan is mind blowing
MJ had the resume, the accomplishments and the influence
We don’t think Michael Jordan is the best player we know! LeBron James Legacy is only gotten worse since this video was made! Michael Jordan’s peak was 100% better than anything LeBron James has ever done!! Michael Jordan quit playing basketball to play baseball because his father died it’s kind of fucking lame to bring that up! His father was a murder at a young age!!
Jordan is by far the most accomplished player overall
