Fedal matches were seen with utmost reverence. The spectators wouldn't dare blink, because you never know who would manufacture or curve out a winner at any moment, or which banger of a winner would possibly be returned causing a generational disbelief. Crowd applauded many moments after points ended, that felt like eternity, because they needed time to come to terms with what had transpired on the previous point. The game styles were polar opposites. Federer's magical ingenuity, seamless transition with changing the direction and pace of the ball, pulling it right left center, short or long at will which was nothing short of wizardry from a warlock at his peak, the unguessable serve, and immaculate ball placement never breaking a sweat, while Nadal's relentless spirit, huffing and puffing, the never give up attitude, the primal warrior force that kept putting one more ball back in play and then turn defence quickly into attack where he took a sledgehammer to Federer's fencing match, not to mention his scraping away at points regardless of the scoreboard. We are truly lucky to have seen these two. The world will never see the likes of them again. Divine will vs human grit, that's Federer vs Nadal.❤

Federer's game is so rich and varied. In almost all the points over here he is the one dictating the course of play and is in a commanding position for the better part of the rally, until Nadal turns it around at the last shot with his unbelievable retrieving skills and superior defense. Brilliant match up!

Nadal very lucky to be left handed. Alot of things RF does works 95% of the time against an ortodox player but with Nadal, it goes to his forehand.

Federer tenia un complejo cuando jugaba con nadal viendo sus partidos tuvo momentos donde ponía a nadal en jaque pero eran chispazos de dos o tres juegos o un set y luego ya no aguantaba más recién en los últimos años fue que pudo encontrarle el time a nadal pero en los momentos de gloria Federer era para que tuviera mínimo unos 5 grand slam más y unos 10 máster 1000 más pero nadal lo bloqueo en esos años
