22:09 I think you should do 7 days. Short walking counts as rest and since its a 30 day challenge it wont be to much commitment. If you extend the challenege after the 30 days is finished then i would switch the rules: more intentional working out with 1 rest day/week.

i havent watched the full vid yet but, my dad got fired a few months ago from his job for no clear reason and it took a huge negative impact on my family, YET it all worked out and my family is fine now!! im telling u life finds way to go back to normal and i hope everything goes well i love watching u and ur husband.

I think this is a really good idea for being inclusive for everyone! As a teenager a lot of challenges are almost impossible as I’m at the mercy of my parents. hell yea on working out! I've been doing mindful walks while listening to an audio book and its been so lovely. But dang school really had me sitting the whole semester. walking has been rough now. I also think a rest day is a must have for the 30 soft but i wanna do it too!

Keep your head up Kevin! If your company could let you go after 6 years knowing you have a new baby at home, that’s all you need to know about the company’s values.
