This challenge feels so much more realistic especially for people who are either healing or just getting back into their wellness routine. I was so worried about doing 75 Soft because the anxiety around making sure that you do everything every.single.day or you fail. I say do it!!!

A tip for the hip thrusts, make sure where your bra strap is on your back is where your back is on the bench, when you are doing the movement put your chin down to keep your spine aligned and make sure your feet are in a 90 degree angle(if you are not feeling it in your glutes and more in your quads, you may need to put your feet further out).These are some tips that really helped me when I first started doing them 🤗 this exercise is reaaallyyy good especially for your peach!!! I started watching you a couple years before you got pregnant and I have to say you’re hands down the most relatable creator I’ve seen. I fall more in love with your channel with every upload! Keep your head up Kevin! If your company could let you go after 6 years knowing you have a new baby at home, that’s all you need to know about the company’s values.
