11:20 it looks like the building where the skate shop is in hedgmont. The whole park is a miniature version of buildings in san van
That empty lot where the old park was, is ideal for building our own park. If every player in the lobby, used their 5quick drops, to make an obstacle, than it could be 🔥.
They should add " AYY, IM WALKIN' HERE" to the NPC's voice lines

The beginning of the video already showed the biggest issue. The rail going right through the stairs at the bottom. I swear they purposely make spots unskatable
