Nicotine is extremely addictive. Our grandparents already did this, they fought for the right to not have ads on tv, for the industry to be truthful and admit they knew it causes cancer and hid it. We Can't be doing this again, there's no need for another generation to do it to themselves again!

I started smoking at my first job because everyone who smoked could just stop working and smoke a cig whenever they wanted, while I couldn't take 5 minutes to have a sip of water and catch my breath without getting screamed at by the boss. 15 years later I'm still struggling to quit, but I have to do it this time because of the health issues I'm running into that nicotine/smoking heavily contributed to. I should have just reported my boss to HR or quit. Don't start any kind of nicotine, it is not worth it.

Ive quit nicotine like twice now and im back to vaping. Genuinely i think its easier to quit cigarettes than vapes cause you have that quantifiable number per pack so its way easier to limit yourself but i know i can quit again, its just so annoying. If youve never smoked or tried nicotine, dont. Its the most annoying, money draining thing out there and id love to quit permanently soon
