My bestfriend of over 40 years now (friends since we were 3) got married without letting me know. I felt a way for a quick moment but at the end of the day, she was an adult and she is allowed to make her own decisions. She wasn't obligated to ask my opinion. Ultimately she got divorced but as my best friend I'm rocking and rolling with her. When she got divorced I was right there with her. That's just life. My loyalty and love runs so deep for that girl. Deeper than a marriage to a man that I knew wasn't go last, but for her sake was hoping it would.❤

I love how you addressed everything, kept it honest and classy. I don't understand how and why people think that a grown adult would have to consult with anyone on decisions they make especially with their significant other. I get it , best friends tell each other everything but I also remember Gina saying that you were in the delivery room when she had Byron her first child. And how when you were pregnant with your first child you didn't disclose it to her. She found out after the baby was born. Decisions that she made and the decision that you made is totally fine. I had a best friend since pre-K. She got involved with a man who acted like he had money and businesses, but it turned out to be a facade—he was actually broke and slowly started relying on her financially and running through her resources, including her vehicles. Over time, he isolated her from friends and family, and I eventually stepped back. She eventually came back into my life, but our friendship was never the same. Sometimes you just have to step back and keep it pushing
