13:55 I mean, "technically", you can get a Dragon Axe from the Dagannoth Kings. Waterbirth Island has a mooring point, and the agility shortcut removes the throwing axe requirement. Is it worth it for an axe upgrade? Probably definitely not. Edit: As sagebauer pointed out, you'd need the Fremenic Trials to use the mooring point. Which is weird, because normally, you can just go there without the quest. I require 1k coins each time, but it is not locked by the quest. Unless Settled allows the help of other players, it is inaccessible. The only other alternatives are the Lunar spell "Tele Group Waterbirth" and a house portal in someone else's house.
