To clearify this Scenario. The player in Black (Saik) Should have gotten a 2 Min Holding the stick. But ref did not understood what happened and did NOT call it. Opposing team (Örebro) Filed a complaint to IIHF, They looked at it and Deemed it a Minor penalty 2 min Holding the stick so they could not do anything.
