He’s working on staying below the ball. Notice the snap throw to first. All the movement is done by his feet and core the ball actually stays pretty stationary the whole time as to not create extra movement on what has to be a quick throw.

That snap throw from that high pitch was a thing of beauty.

Genuinely how do you throw hard without throwing out your arm? My entire arm starts aching after like 5 hard throws like that 😂 I can’t imagine being a pitcher

Living in Australia I played cricket in my teens in summer and played baseball in the winter and they are really complimentary to each other. Baseball allows you to have a rocket arm and I really enjoyed my time playing it. Baseballs are super fun to throw. Although I’m 45 and have bursitis in my left shoulder and I wonder if those sports caused it. Either way whatever I’m gonna have a beer and watch more young people throw shit.
